Who Will Be Photographed?

Consent to photograph is essential for every child. Preschools can choose one of two methods:

  • Preschool-Provided Consent
  • SchoolPix-Obtained Consent

Preschools are encouraged to actively promote pre-registration among families. A minimum of 75% consent is required per session for Photo Day to proceed. If not met, Photo Day may be rescheduled or cancelled.

Family/Sibling Photos

If a family has two or more children enrolled at the same preschool, our photography team may be able to photograph them together upon request. This is subject to time availability during the scheduled photo session.

If a sibling photo is taken, it will appear in both children’s galleries for viewing and ordering post-photography.

However, SchoolPix cannot guarantee that sibling photos will be taken at preschools.

Staff Family Photos

If any staff want a family photo with their child/children, we can do so, time permitting.

Note: Sibling photos can be included in each child’s print pack, even if the pack was purchased during the Early Bird offer.
