At SchoolPix, we recognise the importance of investing in our staff, so we continually train and upskill our teams.

As our photographers are our frontline ambassadors, we not only train them on our photography procedures so that their images meet our high-quality standards, but also focus on equipping them with the right skills to interact effectively with children and staff.

Our team adheres to our Child Safety Code of Conduct and our Child Safety and Wellbeing policy, which includes appropriate behaviour around children and vulnerable people. Our staff have also completed a “Keeping Kids Comfortable” seminar covering consent, pronouns and LGBTIQA+ inclusion.

The SchoolPix photography team have undertaken the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower program training and provide supportive photography for children and staff with non-visible disabilities.

We treat all children and staff with care and respect, ensuring that photography day is a relaxed, fun, and enjoyable experience for everyone.
