To ensure a seamless photography day experience, our photography team will call you a few days before the scheduled date to confirm some last-minute details. During this call, they will cover the following points:

• Arrival time: We will confirm the arrival time for our photography team to sign in and set up.
• Contact person, phone number, and parking: Confirm the name of the contact person who will meet our team, their contact number, and any relevant parking instructions or arrangements.
• Group location: Confirm their preferred location for group photographs and an alternative location in case of inclement weather.
• Working with Children Check (WWCC): Advise that all our staff members will have their WWCC cards on hand for presentation on the photography day.
