Generally, your Account Manager is your primary point of contact; however, other departments may also be involved in the production of your photos. Remember, we use a single email address, so please email smile@schoolpix.com.au, and we’ll allocate it to the correct person.
Throughout the preschool photography process, you will interact with four key individuals or departments.
Account Manager
SchoolPix understands the importance of open, transparent communication with our customers. That’s why an Account Manager is appointed as your main point of contact. Their purpose is to guide you through the photography process, keeping you informed from booking to delivery and beyond.
Your Account Manager looks after bookings and dates, account checks, preschool products, general queries or requests, online order codes, newsletter graphics, and much more!

L to R: Melissa Hayes, Nicole Hall, Jocelyn Edwards
You should contact your Account Manager about the majority of things, such as:
- Your booking – scheduling or rescheduling dates
- Data preferences- groups or staff
- Product preferences/requirements
- Complaints
- New students – codes and order flyers
- Ordering information/queries
- Contact changes
- Special requests
- Feedback
- Logos – new or anniversary logo
- Delivery.
School Care
You will be asked to provide your staff and group lists around 8 weeks before photography. Once we receive your data, it is reviewed to ensure we have all the necessary information to produce your preschool’s photos. If something is missing or incorrect, our School Care Team will contact you and request that you provide the required information.
You should contact School Care about:
- Group lists
- Staff lists
- Any children who cannot appear in other children’s packs.
Photography
The photography team comprises photographers who visit your preschool and photography administration staff who oversee office operations.
One of the administration team will call you around five days before to ensure everything is on track for photography day.
School Care
After completing your photography, our School Care team ensures all the necessary information for producing your preschool photos is accurate and up-to-date. If we have photographed a new student or staff member but do not have their name, the School Care team may contact you to obtain the missing details. The faster we clarify any outstanding information, the quicker we can send your photos to print!
Additionally, if a proofing process is involved (if applicable), they may contact you to verify that all the information is correct. They will ensure that any required feedback or adjustments are completed promptly and accurately before printing your photos.
If the School Care team contacts you directly, feel free to respond to them. However, if you’re uncertain about anything, you can always contact your dedicated Account Manager; they will be happy to assist you.
