If you have students who enrol after the order flyers have already been printed, don’t worry! We can provide additional order flyers and unique codes for these students to place their orders. The options available may depend on the number of new students and how much time we have before your photography day.
More Than Five Days Before Photography
If your preschool has new students or staff members joining after you’ve already given us the initial group lists, all you need to do is provide the information we need via email:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Group Name
Our data team will then generate the codes for the Parent Portal.
Less Than 5 Days Until Photography
As the photography session is just a few business days away, your database has been temporarily locked while we prepare your paperwork. Rest assured, we are committed to photographing all students on the scheduled day, even if they are not currently in our database.
Our photographers can add any new students on the day. Alternatively, you’re welcome to send us the details of new students after the photography session.
Once these students have been added to our system, we will generate their personalised ordering codes and email you a list.
Please advise parents to contact our Customer Care team 3–4 days after photography if they have not received a code.
Once the personalised code has been created, families can order on the Parent Portal. Orders can’t be processed by Customer Care as families are required to select the images they want to use in their packs.
