Our Parent Portal has three stages for ordering.

1. The Early Bird Stage

This stage occurs before and during the photography sessions. Families can enjoy outstanding value with our Early Bird offers, which are only available for purchase until the last photography session concludes.

Early Bird Digital Download Pass – A digital copy of all the photos in a child’s private gallery (group not included) + a Bonus Video Reel.

Early Bird Family Treasures Pack – The ultimate keepsake collection! This premium pack provides multiple copies to share with loved ones. Plus, a Bonus Video Reel! 

Super Saver Pass – Grab both and save! Early Bird Digital Download Pass + Family Treasures Pack + a BONUS Video Reel.

Once families log in to the parent ordering portal using their unique ID on the how-to-order flyer, they’ll see all the options.

Alternatively, families can pre-register to receive an email notification once the images are ready for viewing.  

Only one BONUS Video Reel is available per child.

2. Post-Photography Stage – FREE Post to Home

Once photography is complete and photos are ready to view, we offer FREE postage for 10 days (the exact date is shown in the gallery). Families can browse and pick their favourite photos before placing an order. 

During this stage, families who purchased an Early Bird Family Treasures Pack or a Super Saver Pass should follow the link emailed to them to visit their gallery to select the photos they want printed in their pack.

3. Post-Photography – Post to Home

Once the free Post-To-Home stage is complete, ordering transitions to the Paid Post-To-Home stage. Product prices remain unchanged during this stage, but an additional $8.95 postage fee applies. 

This stage continues for the rest of the year.
