If they purchased an Early Bird Digital Download Pass or a Super Saver Pass, they’ll receive an email with a secure link to download their images when they become available.
NB: The digital photos can only be downloaded using the link in the email. If they try downloading them via the ordering portal, it will not recognise their prior purchase. This means the photos will be displayed with a watermark, and if they add another Digital Pass to their cart, they will be charged again.
If they order any digital products after photography, they will receive an email with a link to download the purchased digital products immediately after checkout.
Please note:
- Once the images have been downloaded, they are non-refundable. Terms and Conditions apply.
- The digital download only includes portrait photos, not the group photo.
