The video reel will be sent to those who opted to receive it through WhatsApp when the photos are ready to view. They must have an up-to-date version of WhatsApp and a valid Australian mobile phone number.
Please Note: We won’t be able to send the video reel if the recipient doesn’t have a WhatsApp account or chooses not to provide their mobile number.
If they purchased any Early Bird Product and opted in to receive the Bonus Video Reel but didn’t receive it, they should:
- Check the receipt emailed to them when they completed their order. If they opted in to receive the Video Reel, it will be listed there.
- Check that their WhatsApp is up-to-date.
- Check that they provided the correct phone number.
- If thy require further assistance, contact Customer Care, and they will help.
